Accommodation

This page aims to help you to find accommodation for our courses, particularly when booking a course only option. If you find somewhere great to stay that we have missed, please let us know. There is no requirement to stay in a particular location, even when the course is based in a specific hotel. All we ask is that you can get yourself to our meeting point on the morning of the first day.

Chamonix

Our NNAS Navigation Courses in the Chamonix valley courses start in Argentiere, a ten-minute drive up the valley from Chamonix centre. There are regular buses and train services if you are staying in Chamonix, however there are also good accommodation options in Argentiere itself.

Hotels in Argentiere

There are two great hotels close to the village centre in Argentiere

Hotel Couronne – a large three star hotel that has recently been renovated and modernised.
Hotel Le Dahu – a friendly two star hotel run by a local family.

Les Deux Alpes

Hotel Le Cret

Our summer courses in Les Deux Alpes will be based at Hotel Le Cret. This is a great value hotel offering simple Italian fare and a friendly atmosphere. Half-board accommodation starts at €58 per night based on two people sharing. Bookings can be made through the European Ski School at info@europeanskischool.eu.

Bourg d’Oisans

Le Velo Jaune

This gite is just outside Bourg on the road to Deux Alpes. It offers half-board, B&B or self-catering accommodation year-round in a pleasant location. The hamlet of Le Clapier is well placed for cycling, close to two world-class ski areas, and of course is only a few minutes away from our Bourg d’Oisans navigation courses.
